URGENT: Eutelia VOIP settings stopped working over night

Hello all

Does anyone have any idea why my trixbox eutelia settings have stopped working over night?

I can register to their service using x-lite on my desktop, discounting my account being at fault...

Astrisk info is reporting

Peer User/ANR Call ID Seq (Tx/Rx) Format Hold Last Message

Have you tried contacting them? If nothing has changed maybe their proxy/server is experiencing issues.

The best advice I can give

The best advice I can give is to go into the asterisk console and turn sip debugging on for your SIP trunk. Watch the packets and see if anything odd is happening (what messages you are getting when you try to register/make a call). The only problem is that you will need to know how to read those things.

For starters, here's how to turn your SIP debugging on.

asterisk -r
sip show peers
sip debug ip <your SIP trunk's ip address here>
