Teliax's nyc.teliax.net and atl.teliax.net have been down since last Wed. Failover no longer works and they haven't responded to any trouble tickets. My incoming was down for 3 days before I found out about it. If they are having problems they could have at least sent out an email. I am getting sick of them. At this point I would port my DID to voicepulse but voicepulse can't port a 570-647 DID
Whats up with teliax
We received an email from Teliax about the problem. I think it was last Friday.
Use DEN and LAX, they are working fine for us. We received 2 emails about those being down last week and switched without issue.
I have had EXCELLENT experience with teliax. The outage officially happened on Thursday night, we all got an email on Friday, or at least I did- first thing Friday morning. They are great service, just this one little bump on the road which should be resolved shortly. It looks like their internet provider is giving them massive headaches. Just wait and see what happens.
At least they have two alternate routes unlike Vitelity and some other providers
+1 here for two emails. Nevertheless, an outage this long is WAY to long, and its hard to imagine that's it was unforeseeable.
