tcp port to OCS

I was configured SIP trunk Trixbox 2.8 BETA to OCS Mediation Server. I can make calls from CE 2.8 to OCS and ok, ringing at OCS and the voice both direction has no problem. But when i make calls from OCS to CE 2.8, i trace using asterisk -rv but received nothing at CE 2.8. The error message when i debugged at OCS :
Gateway returned a SIP failure code";component="MediationServer";SipResponseCode="504";SipResponseText="Cannot connect to gateway. Error: Microsoft.Rtc.Signaling.ConnectionFailureException: Unable to establish a connection. --

I run command at CE 2.8 netstat -ano | grep 0.0.0.0:5060 and get only udp. How to make the tcp on CE 2.8 is enabled. I already add entry at sip_additional.conf the tcpanable=yes.
But still same result.
Does CE 2.8 support tcp ?
Any one can share how to solve this issue? Tks.

try to set insecure=port for the mediation trunk.

This may help bonchu - I've finally worked out an easier way to do Trunk to trunk through Asterisk with OCS and a PSTN on the other side.
