VoIP Provider in US that will allow to Pass Caller ID (other than Teliax)

Hi,

Does anybody know any other SIP or IAX VOIP Provider that will allow to pass custom caller ID for each call (other than Teliax) for US?
I want to use this feature for an outbound reminder call application that we are already using with Teliax.

Any recommendations will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. This is a good start.

Btw... Callcentric does not pass custom caller ID with each call. They just ignore the custom caller ID being passed to them via SIP messages and use the telephone number they have assigned to the account!

I will check with VOIPJet and vitelity also.

I am pretty sure with CallCentric, you can contact their support and Verify you own the CID youre presenting. I did this when I used them 2 years ago. I havent used them since because I use Wholesale VOIPJET

Callcentric, Voice Pulse and custom CID

I had checked with Callcentric a few months ago. They were willing to change the caller ID on my SIP account to another phone number; but what I want is the ability to specify a custom caller ID for each call individually (since I have many customers). This is what Callcentric does not do! Only way to do it with Callcentric will be to have x number of SIP accounts for x number of customers! That gets real expensive and a pain to manage :-)

But like Chris suggested, Voice Pulse does seem to do allow their customers to specify their own outing caller ID (it is listed on their SIP Trunking Package Features Page). I think I will be happy with two SIP providers (Teliax and Voice Pulse as a backup).

Well i KNOW Vitelity allows it 100%.
Also, google Wholesale IAX termination - and youll find dozens of providers who will allow you to present whatever CID you want. I dont know how great they are, but they will allow CID presentation and usually are just for outbound calling at between 1-2c/usa min

What's wrong with Teliax? Their performance has dramatically increased over the past few weeks

Anyways, Voice Pulse is the most reliable provider out there

Recent Teliax switch software upgrade has caused DTMF detection problems! My call reminder application has features like 'Press 1 to replay the message'... due to their switch software upgrade, this feature has stopped working! I have tested same application with Callcentric and it works fine! So its got to be Teliax upgrade...

Other than DTMF issues, Teliax works fine!

Teliax DTMF

I'd love to get the DTMF working again! I have tried all the suggestions posted on Teliax support site but none of them seem to work.

Here is my sip.conf:

[teliax-sip]
disallow=all
allow=gsm
canreinvite=no
host=den.teliax.net
insecure=invite
nat=yes
qualify=yes
secret=xxxx
type=friend
username=xxxx

Also, I'd like to mention that I make 5-7 simultaneous calls... so I have to use a low bandwidth codec!

So, whats the magic trick to get this DTMF thingy working again? :-)
