Configure Cisco 7942g phone on Trixbox CE

I have a CE 2.6.2.3 box and 5 Cisco 7942g phones. The phones will download the firmware for SIP fine as well as download the configurations but will not register. I have loads of 7940 experience but these phones are completely different and I am looking for someone with specific knowledge on this combination and can get it to work properly for me. I do not know what this is worth but willing to pay nicely for a quick turn fix. Tell me what you want $$$...

Make sure on the extension

Make sure on the extension page in trixbox you set nat = no
