Intercom/Speakerphone help

I am very new to Trixbox. Our old phone system includes a phone that is hardwired to a set of speakers (it is a print room and the noise can prevent the operator from hearing phone calls without the speakers). We are testing Trixbox with Polycom IP phones - I need suggestions on how/what to replace the old speaker setup with...
