Automated Order Taking System

Current TB install is rockin' and generally without issue.

What I'm looking for is a script that would function as an automated order taking system. People could call and would get into a series of menus and options whereby they could enter the information necessary to capture an order electronically. I have never placed an order using such a system but I'm told the HSN (Home Shopping Network) has one.

Generally the system would play a message like, "Please enter the item number you would like to order." Then read some description on that item to confirm. Then ask about quantity to purchase. Then if any other items, how to pay, where to ship, email address, etc. The system would record what it needed to record and have an interface for a person to manually process the recordings into orders. **NO** integration with the current ordering system is required.
