Move your post, give more details...

It looks like you should move this post over to the Jobs board, but do you honestly think someone can give you a quote on a 6 server system and 200 phones with 1 sentence of description??

LOL!

LOL!

But seriously, what about switches for the phones, configuration, PSTN hardware (gateway, PRI, analog card, etc...) or is it all SIP trunking? Is it turn-key including double conversion UPS for the servers (and maybe switches?) Is there infrastructure wiring that needs to be installed / commissioned / tested?

So many variables... so little detail provided.

Connecting Trixboxes via my own custom software

I have a solution for you that is software based - web gui driven and very cheap.. I have been using the solution myself and it currently connecting 30 customers together as one cluster - with inter-trix dialing whether using extension or even the DID assigned.. It also has a combined CDR - notifications for certain numbers dialed along with channel limitations placed on trunks (that cover both inbound and outbound) with notifications when those limits are hit.

You will see all your trunks going to each box and their latency... I am using it for a far more complex scenario but it would do wonders for what you want to do and it does it very simply... meaning nothing to put in your trixboxes but trunks.

It is very scalable and I am updating it everyday with more and more feature sets.. The most recent was notification via email when ever 911 is dialed and from what extension it is dialed from.

I don't wish to post numbers here or explicit details.. I will however show some screen shots showing you what you can see just from the web gui..

I can provide this solution as a VM for XEN -- so no configuration -- you will be setup in minutes and can register your trunks and in minutes be dialing between them with ease.
