The free queue stats doesn't serve my purposes. I need a nicer looking queue stats that is real time and tracks agents production. Also a nice easy way to search CDR reports and pull recordings. Ideally someone will have something that has already been built.
Need customized Queue Stats and Nicer CDR Reporting (ideally something pre-built).

Use it to track 2 agents free. Really powerful and easy to setup and works on top of trixbox/Astrisk. We use it to track our servicedesk and also use it for reporting and QA.
