Hello,

I am a bit of a noob when it comes to trixbox and I would like some help and advice.

I would like to set-up a call centre using trixbox CE. The first trixbox is set-up and working in the UK but I would like another one in Australia and possibly another 1 in America?

Can this be done?

Also to add I would like it to work like this:

A user phones a number in the UK if it is out of office hours (9am-5pm) then the call will be directed to Australia or America depending if they are open (within the office hours) the call can then be logged for the UK staff to deal with it as it is a UK customer and/or either let it get dealt with over the phone?

Can all this be done?

Thank you for your time,

Yes - You just need a VPN between locations connecting the network; then setup a trunk between the two trixbox's.

I'm sure you can but would require something beyound my reach. i'm sure someone else can point you in the right direction.

All the best,

Thank you for your help but

Thank you for your help but being not an expert any ideas how I could set it all up as it is in USA and AUS? I have no idea how to set-up the trunks and other configurations. Do you know anyone who has done this before? and can elaborate with a step by step of how to set something this big up?

Thank you,

The "trixbox without tears"

The "trixbox without tears" and Sureteq guides provide all the tools you need to integrate 3 PBX's

If you don't want to endure the learning curve many of the folks in the forum (myself included) provide remote project support for these types of deployments.
