The Caller ID Name prefix disappears when I add an announcement to either a Ring Group or a Queue. Without an announcement I see the callers # prefixed by the Caller ID Name Prefix. When adding the announcement it See the Caller's Name and # on the display but no Caller ID Name prefix.
