I have a bit of a problem with trixbox CE 2.4.0.8.
When a call (via our time conditions) goes to our after hours IVR, intermittently the call is answered, and then immediately terminated. This results in some very confused callers and some people think we are picking up the phone and are hanging up on them to get rid of them.
We are using a standard PSTN line into our Digium TDM410P Zapata card. Unfortunately our phone provider doesn't provide polarity switch services on their home lines (I work from home) and I haven't had reason to shift up to using a business line. So we have been forced to use the busydetect feature to hang up the calls (the busycount is set to 12 however to minimise false positives as for some reason or other the system detects the ringing tone on incoming calls as a busy tone!)
Does any body have any ideas why this is happening. It only appears to happen when going to the afterhours IVR, during normal business hours it just goes to a ring group which doesn't appear to have this problem. It also doesn't happen consistently, but I think it is related to the last time a call was made or received on the Digium card, as during the weekend when it's not being used much it's more of a problem then during the week when the phones get frequent use.
I would quite like to get to the bottom of this problem.
