Have a tone between Dial and Connecting of trunk

Hello,

Is it possible to have a tone (tuuuuuuuuut ...................... Tuuuuuuuuut) between dialing and connecting (with voip providers and the to the number you have diald). on the coperwire network you have that standard.
People get confused when they hear nothing if they hear the tone like the old ways the think is going right.
