I believe everything is setup correctly.... advanced issue

So I have had two 1300 numbers for quite some time, the first being setup straight away while the second being setup quite recently and it's with the second I am having issues with.

I have setup 3 trunks on my Trixbox system. All register fine with their associated sip servers. 1 trunk for MyNetFone which does the residential number and which is also the only outbound route.

1st 1300 number has been working well for a while and still is! it has it's own authentication number and secret as does the second 1300 number. However the issue I am having is that no matter what, the second 1300 number constantly shows up as the first 1300 number in trixbox when the call transfers to the extension, it shows up as the incoming number from the first 1300 number.

e.g (1st) 1300 77 15 ** is labeled as company "A" in trixbox to show up on Caller ID and works fine.

(2nd) 1300 27 77 ** is labeled as company "B", yet when this call goes to the extension, it keeps showing up as company "A".... and I have no idea why...

This is what the CLI is for company "A"

and CLI for company "B"

My residential number is with another company and that shows up with what I want on the phone, it's just the 1300 numbers I have with another providor which is causing this problem for me! I originally had only one 1300 number and that worked fine... displayed on the phone as coming from outbound from "EUROSKY" it's only now that when I added another 1300 number (different registration strings data, auth and password) that for some reason (even when I have the name as something else) it still shows on the phone as coming from my other 1300 number....

hopefully someone could help me out, really hard to work out!

Your trunks are not

Your trunks are not registered, you can check via sip show registry
Why did you set Allow anonymous calls to YES ?

Thanks for using pastebin and not dumping the logs directly into the thread.

Trixbox say's it is

Trixbox say's it is registered?...
http://img835.imageshack.us/img835/5262/trixbox.jpg

I have set to allow anonymous calls, just to make sure that I receive all calls made to me, I was trying to figure out earlier, again... (second time setting trixbox up again from scratch) that my mobile (cell) calls were not going through, anonymous was the issue.

- Michael. Thank for replying so soon!

EDIT: I have done your command in CLI, It say's they are all Registered under "STATE"

Your trunks are registered

Your trunks are registered but you are not getting calls on them.
Had you configured your trunks properly you would not have to use Allow anonymous calls and you would not have to open/forward port 5060 either.

Back to the problem at hand:

The problem is your provider sends both numbers to 09432152, that's why you can not make a difference between them.
You should set up routing in your providers control panel to send different DIDs to different extensions/SIP clients.

That's what I thought the

That's what I thought the problem was! Yet, Tech Support seems to be adamant that they are both diverting to 2 different terminating points... I will try giving them another call today. Thanks for your help so far!

EDIT: In terms of the trunks not registered properly, I think they may be now? I just added some more code to the trunks...

Here is the registry and peers from CLI:

And here is from Company "A" again.

and Company "B" again.

EDIT: FYI Main Trixbox Page says I now have 4 IP Phones Online... when I only have 1... Trunks Online and Trunks Registered are still both 3.
