no thing happen when you call from pstn to asterisk

I m installed the X100P card and I can call to pstn but from pstn to asterisk no thing happened.
either
zap show channel return
Chan Extension Context Language MusicOnHold
pseudo from-zaptel en
1 from-zaptel en
and
/usr/sbin/ztcfg -vv return

Probably a silly question, but have you programmed an inbound route to tell Asterisk where to send incoming calls?
