Outbound Call Issue

Hello everybody! I'll post our problem trusting in you!! :D

So.. all trunks (3) are online and registered and we can make and receive call..
All crashes when we do more than 2 outbound call or we do more than one call in sequence. Our pbx says that all circuits are busy and we have to wait a random time to retry to call... ( but we can still receive calls)

How can we resolve this problem??
