Prefix for Mera question

Hello everybody I would like to if is posible to setup prefix like this. My provider is using Mera Switch in order for my to send trafic I need to dial a prefix like this example: to dia a number in Mexico I have to dial 2347#52656 2782871 in other word I have to add the # before the Country Code. I had try but trixbox is sending following message. only numeric values somehing like that. Also if I dial it is busy.

PLEASE ADVICE IF IT IS POSIBLE TO INCLUDE THE # SIGH FOR THE PREFIX.

Prefix for Mera question

My provider is only asking for tech prefix 6189 but I still cannot get it to work. How do you set up the Trunk for a provider with mera? Please help, Ive been looking everywhere and cannot find help on setting this up.

you can do this by adding the prefix in outbound dial prefix field it's working good for me
1234# for example in you outgoing trunk
