On 2.6.1 I downloaded and recompiled zaptel drivers from digium with comannd
./configure
make
make install
make config
but it is still installed the releas 1.4.10 (cheched with ztcfg -vv)
where wrong ?

Rebooting will solve this, however you can do it without a restart:
service asterisk stop
service zaptel sop
service zaptel start
service asterisk start
20 seconds and you are done.

I ave rebooting, even more times, but the zaptel version always remains the 1.4.10. I aslo checked the version witn the dmesg command.
Is the RPM still installed
rpm -qa | grep zaptel
if you compiled from source this could be the reason it is still not showing the correct version, .... I think.
