Trixbox v2.8 roll-over from SIP Trunk to ZAP Trunk Issue

We currently have Trixbox v2.8.0.4 and two trunks set up and working individually but do not roll over when max channels are reached. Configuration is as following: one SIP trunk with two channels/lines setup as main trunk and one ZAP trunk with two channels/lines. When two people are making concurrent calls, the third and fourth person gets the "All circuits are busy" message. How do we configure the SIP trunk to roll-over to the ZAP trunk when the first 2 channels/lines are used up so we can make use of all 4 channels/lines?

Please help.
Thanks!

Do you have the Zap trunk

Do you have the Zap trunk configured in the outbound route in slot 2?

Trunks

Hi Scott, thanks for replying.

Yes, to answer your question. SIP Trunk is configured as the first outbound route, then the DAHDI (ZAP) Trunk is configured as the second outbound route. Remember this is 2.8 Trixbox.

So we are able to make the following phone call patterns: 2 local calls and 2 long distance calls at the same time BUT NOT 4 local calls at the same time (the 3rd & 4th lines says "All Circuits Are Busy")

But both trunks have local calling on the dial pattern.
The dial pattern are as following:

SIP Trunk Dial Pattern:

11XXNXXXXXX
12XXNXXXXXX
13XXNXXXXXX
14XXNXXXXXX
15XXNXXXXXX
16XXNXXXXXX
17XXNXXXXXX
1905NXXXXXX
1NXXNXXXXXX
NXXNXXXXXX

ZAP Trunk Dial Pattern:

311
411
911
1414NXXXXXX
1416NXXXXXX
1800NXXXXXX
1866NXXXXXX
1877NXXXXXX
1888NXXXXXX
1NXXNXXXXXX
NXXNXXXXXX

Any suggestions?
Thanks
