TE410P DTMF detection problems - Help.

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any advice on getting good DTMF detection with a TE410P card.
Right now the DTMF is totally unacceptable, and I'm on the verge of losing lines because people complain that users cannot properly select menu options of their IVRs.
I've tried relaxdtmf, which seems to have no affect.

Any help/advice would be appreciated. I'm in quite a bind here.

I've also noticed that DTMF detection is much much better when there is no greeting playing (i.e. I'm in Read() or WaitExten()). Background() seems to cause the issue.
