trixbox 2.2 extension help

hello, i have trixbox 2.2 working fine, configured with voip provider to call outside and so on.
My question is, can i create also extensions just to call another extension and not to use any voip provider trunk? so i need extensions to call outside but i need extensions to call just local LAN calls.
or i need something like a2billing?

You would have to use a

You would have to use a module like custom contexts. Do a search here for more info on it.
