I have a T1 PCI-e card installed running Trixbox CE. Our carrier has given us 11 channels on the T1 for outbound and inbound dialing. My users are reported "Line is Busy" message when dialing out. Is this a result of Trixbox not being configured to only use 11 channels (out of 24)? Can someone help in configuring the T1 g0 trunk correctly? Thanks.
