Hi all - this is my first post here, so I am sorry if its in the wrong place, or not enough detail.

I am new to Trixbox, but have already got Sip phones working in and outbound, and cane therefore make incoming and ougoing calls via VOIP (Sipgate).

Just purchased a X100P card, and can make outgoing calls via the PSTN line, but incoming calls just say "Goodbye".

Any idea what is going on????

Here is my log file.

Goodbye

Hi there - thanks for your reply.

My inbound route settings are as follows:

DID No: 01963xxxxx

the rest is default settings, but even if i remove the DID so that both DID and CID are blank, I get the same result.

Goodbye

I have played around with the ZAP DID option from the menu, putting in various things, but to be honest I dont know what i should be really putting in there.

Regarding the destination, is is set to go to ring group 601, which is where my SIP lines ring and that is working ok.

Thanks again everyone for your patience.

GOODBYE

Got it sorted - the zapata-auto.conf had 2 contexts set.
The first one:

context=from-zaptel

and the second:

context=default

I removed the second entry and all is working fine.

Thanks for your help and support guys.
