I am using the web username and password for login that I setup and the Server Name and Password provided in my welcome email.
Server name is s104442.trixbox.fonality.com
We are a VAR and are evaluating this solution for our customers but so far nothing has worked according to information provided us. I have had to use the local server name to login as the servername/domain/proxy specified for unsupported phones does not work.

If you are having any other specific issues, please ask them on the forum individually (vs. all in one message) and I will see if our team can get you on the right track.
Be patient, your first roll on unknown hardware can take a bit of time. There are just so many variables (servers, cards, phones, network, router, firewall, WAN) But, it works, trust me. We have over 3,000 live trixbox Pro servers already since our launch 10 weeks ago.
