Call center edition of trix. Installed on new server this evening. Everything works except hud. Hud will not start and in the portal says we have less them 512 meg of ram. The machine has 2 gig of ram.???
If I cannot resolve this tonight is it safe to shut this machine down and turn the old machine back on? My call center people can't function anymore with out the hud they are spoiled.
turned the old box on for now. Any ideas on the other?
If you have an UPDATE option at the top of your control panel, make sure to do the update, restart asterisk and try again. Had this same issue and that fixed my issue.
