Just thought i'd share this information.
I was able to connect to Trixbox Pro via TAPI (like attaching a contact management software)
using http://www.xtelsio.com/ tapi driver and also their version of the HUD
Why is this interesting?
- you can use your CRM software via TAPI (inbound and outbound)
- you can log in with a HUD like software for the same extension from 2 computers
The "trick" was not to use the extension number when configuring
the driver, but use the MAC address e.g SIP/000XXXXXXXXX
