100% cpu usage

I'am new in Trixbox, anyone can help me with my problem. I have setup a TB server and it has 10 agents online. I'm getting a 100% usage in cpu. The reason why our agent encountered a "contacting destination" on their eyebeam. Here's my server specification HP Proliant ML 110

Processors 4
Model Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X3220 @ 2.40GHz
CPU Speed 2.39 GHz
Cache Size 4.00 MB

SSH onto the server and run

SSH onto the server and run type 'top' without the quotes.

This will show you what is using all the CPU usage. I've had it before where the httpd process was utilizing all the CPU and a simple kill of this process sorted the problem.
