Cannot Dial further from Main Menu, On FXO port

Hello,

I am just setting up my first TB PRO CCE version server. Configuration was very smooth. No big issues. I am using Digium(OpenVox) Clone Card Having both FXO and FXS ports. One analog phone and one analog phone station connected accordingly. Dial Out is working fine, according to my dial plan.

I can dial '0' from any internal extension to get the 'MAIN' call menu and dial otehr extensions or key press as per the call menu has been defined. But the issue comes when i dial from the PSTN network, the call is answered after two rings by 'MAIN' call menu and it plays welcome message 'Hello and thank you........' but no further inputs are accepted from that points. neither phones extensions or key press options.. Please let me know where should check, may be for 'ignorance'.

Sounds like a DTMF issue on the line. Is this a standard loop start line? Does it use standard US DTMF tones?

Problem solved

the problem was solved. I just took a windows route :), yes reboot the server. I didn't get time to look @ asterisk messages (if any).

to answer your question, yes this is a standard group start line and using standard DTMF tones (the backend telco switch is Lucent, recently upgraded one)

Sami, I send you PM my server ID, connected to another post of 'agents phone not ringing'. but screen was displaying "access denied" when i submitted the the message.. how can i PM u my server ID.
