i can't login into my trixbox howto change login and password

Hi,
since 10 days i can't access into my trixbox the message i have is "login incorrect" .
how can i fix this please?

William, on the main log in page there is a "forgot your password" link. Enter in your email address that the system is registered to and it will email out your login credentials.

Note, it will only send to the email address assigned with the account, for security reasons obviously.
