Installing Sangoa UT50 on with Trixbox Pro

Hi All,

I've been banging my head against a brick wall with this for a little while now, maybe someone can help.
On a recommendation from Fonality we purchased a Sangoma UT50 to act as a timing source for our server as we were having some voice quality issues.
It was installed as per instructions found here but the server doesn't seem to want to recognise it.

Not sure if its applicable but some info on the server

I've tried running # perl /var/adm/bin/ip.pl -i
to try and detect new cards but it does not detect anything new.

If someone could give me an idea or point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

If someone needs more info please ask, im not sure what info I need to supply to let people know the exact nature of the problem because I'm not sure myself of the exact nature of the problem. :(
