Internal Calls while on Queue Call

Hi,
is there a way, that internal calls cannot reach agents while they are on a queue call?
the same with internal calls. i can reach the extensions although he is on internal call.
would be nice, if this could be disabled somehow? phone or trixbox?

i disabled call waiting on

i disabled call waiting on the phone...now it wont ring if on call
