My client currently allocated in TWO buildings
the main Building, will deploy a Trixbox Pro CCE (they want to record the telephone conversation)
For the other building, it is for Telemarketing purpose (around 10 ext), and it need recording feature also. But I would like to save the cost of adding another Trixbox Pro CCE (very expensive...) so I plan to make this building as a Telecommuter from Main building using VPN (through Internet Access, there is no physical link between this two building).
*My problem is, if the Internet access down, the second building will be disconnected from the Main building, and become inaccessible, they cannot call out and cannot receive call.
As a backup, I would like to deploy another simple box here -- Trixbox Pro SE.
I will buy VoIP phone that allow at least two input (one from the VPN that connect to main building, another one is from the Trixbox Pro SE)
So, in normal circumstances second building's 10 extension are Telecommuters from Building One, when internet down, Trixbox Pro SE take over become normal PSTN. As for building one, when it detected that Telecommuters are not able to be access, it will forward the call to Building Two's Trixbox Pro SE.
Can this be configure ? Or any better idea?
