We recently purchased Trixbox Pro with Enterprise license and are having issues getting DTMF to work. According to the support tech at Broadvox (our phone company), this Pro box used Asterisk 1.2 which is extremely old and apparently has issues using DTMF per RFC 2833 (rtpevent packets).
I looked everywhere but cannot find any information on what the latest release for Trixbox pro is and what version of Asterisk it provides.
Reading the "New developments" thread in this forum does not tell me anything other than something is coming soon... and has been coming for a VERY long time.
I find it difficult to believe that we would be the only ones with this problem. Can you someone please help us with some info?
Our trixbox is Call Center Edition v4.1.2-p22 | The version of asterisk it uses according to the config file on the server is Asterisk fon_p_1.2.17
