Hi, my 10 Aastra 6731i don't upgrade the firmware version , I only receive a "0: Unexpected error". The actual phones firmware is 2.5.1.41 and boot version 2.4.0.80.
I'm using Trixbox Ce 2.6.2.3 and aastra-ipphone 2.6.0 in the /tftpboot and aastra-xml-sxcripts 2.3.0
What can I do?

I have never encountered this issue and trust me I change firmware multiple times a day :-)
Anyway, what you can do (at least try on one phone) is to remove the "application" and reinstall 2.6.0.1007 by going into the web recovery mode. To do this:
- Power off the phone
- Power on the phone and press and hold "1" and "#" while the phone boots
- Phone should display "Recovery mode at XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX"
- Point a web browser to the phone IP address
- Select TFTP as transfer protocol
- Put "6731i.st" for the firmware file name
- Put the asterisk server IP address for the TFTP server
- Submit
Phone will upload the new firmware as the previous one as well as the previous configuration is gone. Phone will reboot and will reach again tour Asterisk server.
That's the only solution I can think of.
