6731i Strange things...

Hello,
I have finally managed to get an extension working on my new 6731i but some things are a-miss and I wondered if there was some help I could get..?

1. I inserted a TEST extension into TB as 1111. This is the extension that works on the 6731i, however, none of my 3-digit number extensions work (e.g. 200, 201 etc). Does this phone only like 4-digit extensions as the setting between the two are identical other than the number.

2. I got the endpoint manager in TB to find the phone but it has not picked up the extension name or number. Should it? Does it matter? I went in to edit the endpoint but there is no 6731i model name and I don't want to screw anything up by using one of the others. Again, does this matter? Anything to do with my first question..?

If more info is needed, let me know. Thanks! :)

You should try the XML

You should try the XML scripts instead of the endpoint manager. The Aastra XML will autoprovision the phone for you.
