6739 BLF buttons not reacting to calls

Does anyone know if the BLF buttons work correctly on a 6739i? I have recently installed a couple of 6739s and my BLF buttons do not light or change in any way when someone is on a call or ringing. I have many 6757s installed at this location with properly functioning BLF buttons. I am wondering if the BLF buttons are not functioning properly on a 6739 or is there maybe some obscure configuration option needed to make a BLF button work correctly on a 6739?

Yes, they work fine. Why

Yes, they work fine. Why don't you post the "relevant" portion of the running config of the telephone.

Here is how I have my button configured

Thanks for the information. Here is how I have my softkey programmed:

softkey6 type: blfxfer
softkey6 label: "Ext 100"
softkey6 value: 100

I have an extension 100 that I would be monitoring with this button. I have an identical button setup on a 6757i that works as expected.

That's the same as we have it setup and it works fine? Do you see it trying to subscribe to the BLF in Asterisk?

Hi Scott: Thanks for the

Hi Scott:

Thanks for the info.

This past month has been very hectic and this project got neglected. I would still like to get this working. After running 'sip show subscriptions' it appears that only my 6757s are subscribing to BLF as only those extensions appear in the list after running the command. I don't think any of my 6739s are subscribing.
