I am having a issue getting these phones picking up calls placed on hold on a different phone. The office has 3 phones, 2x 57i and 1x 57i CT. They are connected to the Trixbox server running version 2.8.0.3. What's happening is they place a call on hold in the back of the office, abd are unable to pick up that call on the 2 phones in the front of the office. I've tried using the General Call Pickup and directed call pickup features and each time the call says "Call Failed". Any ideas. If you need more information let me know and I'll post it.

Parking Lot

You need to use the parking lot, not call hold to achieve this functionality.

Is there an easy way to send

Is there an easy way to send calls to the parking lot? I need to make this as easy as possible for the end user. Right now, they are pressing "Transfer", dialing the Parking lot nuumber, then pressing "transfer" again. Can a button be programmed in to send a call directly to the parking lot, then another button pick the call up out of the parking lot?

Yes, and the light will light up to indicate when someone is parked. Additionally the caller-ID will be displayed for each park position.

Since you are new I want to ask you a question. Why did you not read the administrators guide for the phone and implement it properly? You are obviously not using the XML scripts that Aastra has taken so much time to write and tirelessly support and upgrade. Do you feel the forum is a substitute for documentation?
