Is there any way to configure the Aastra units so that when a user is not logged into a queue that he stills get's notified that there is a call coming through the queue. I tried to set this up as a blf but it wouldn't work, the only other way I was able to get it work is to setup a softphone extention on a virtual machine and add that extention as a static member of the queue and then monitor that extention on my phone as a blf which is a joke. Please tell me you can monitor queues and that I don't have to use this extention work around.

We use asstassistant. We put this software on each users computer. When a call enters a queue, you get a quick notification. Works great for this. It actually does more that this, but the queue notification was the main reason we installed.
