I have a few softkeys programmed to make it easier for our users to transfer calls - a "direct transfer" button for blind transfers, a voicemail transfer button, a button to transfer people in to a phone conference, and a button to transfer to an employee's cell phone. These buttons work well, unless the call has been parked at some point, in which case they seem to dial a series of digits (because I hear a few beeps), but nothing at all happens and the call does not get transfered. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
