TFTP DOWNLOAD PROTOCOL in configuration server

Question for Aastra,

I have moved Trixbox to new location, reinstalled xml service for new IP, upgraded firmware and when go to TFTP server it holds old IP and the box is gray - IP in it.

What can I do in order to type in that box new IP?

the tftp ip address is

the tftp ip address is assigned to the phone by your DHCP server, unless you manually configured it on the phone.

In my case no, it is manually assigned in aastra, that place in aastra is gray and holds 0.0.0.0 ip, so I even can't click on throught www interface

Hello,

Its grey because in the configuration files (aastra.cfg, mac.cfg) you probably made the TFTP line like this:

!tftp server: IP address

The exclamation mark is the problem - it locks the setting, so you cannot change it.

Please also check your DHCP server and make sure that the TFTP boot (option 66 I believe) is not enabled as this will lock the setting on the phones as well.
