Expansion module issue

I have a Polycom expansion module on an IP 650. I have the extensions setup and can almost see them. The screen is very light. I tried changing the contrast on the phone and it changes but the expansion module does not change. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

I have not seen this issue.

Is it only one EM? Have you tried another? If not I'd suggest an RMA of that EM

I came across the same yesterday at a clients site. Enter the contrast setting dialog on the phone, on the EM it will pull up a similar contrast adjustment option ... change contrast independently from the phones contrast setting.
