Hi Everyone.
I have a setup with 18 polycom handsets....3 IP 650's with Expansion Modules, 10 IP 550's, and the rest are 330's.
The expansion modules on the 650's are setup for "Buddy Status" or Presence features for all th extensions in the office.
The initial ring group rings ALL phones in the office. Therefore on all the 650 everybodys status goes to busy and their bulb lights up. The problem is, all of a sudden when some answers the phones, the lights on all the other extensions don't go right back to off.
It takes about 10-20 seconds for all the extnesions to clear out? So when the receptionists answers the phone, and someone asks if "Jon" is available she has to sit there and wait for the lights to clear to give the caller an answer. This just started happening and nothing was changed in the setup, and it is happening on all of the 650's.
Anyone have any ideas? The Phones are on their own VLAN.
