GrandStream GXV3175 registered, but won't recieve calls.

I've added a GrandStream GXV3175 to our trixbox system, and it registers fine, and it can call out, but it won't recieve calls. Is there something that I need to tweak to get this phone to work on my trixBox Pro?

Have 2 in use...but adding 20. The 2 just worked.
