Dear Experts,
I have my Trixbox running in New Zealand and trying to connect Grandstream HT-486 from external public network (X-lite works perfectly from the same place). For some reason the registration is unsuccessful (Bad auth. error) following are the traces I managed to capture with respect to this transaction.

I created extension as a normal SIP PBX extension and have tweaked SIP_NAT.Conf / RTP.Conf.
Any ideas to solve this issue will be appreciated.
Thanks,
