*72 not working. I get the tone to enter number and enter the number but it does not forward. I get call can not be completed. If I do it through the portal it works. I was expecting trixbox to pickup and prompt for everything. Is grandstream bypasing this by using its own feature code instead of going to trixbox?

Log into the phone as admin and look under the configured account for "Enable Call Features: No|Yes (if yes, call features using star codes will be supported locally)". If it's set to "Yes" change it to "No".
Otherwise, you're using the star-code features of the phone. This is how it's shows up in firmware 1.2.2.26. Also, you can change this for setting for each account, in case you have more than one account configured.
