GXW-4024 voice delay

I have a GXW-4024 with firmware 1.0.1.41 registered with Trixbox. When you receive a phone call there is a delay that is losing about 0.5 seconds of the initial conversation. Eg: I get a call lift the handset, I say, "Hello", the caller hears "... o". This problem is present only on calls to the GXW-4024 (eg: gxp2020 call GXW4024), and between the phones of GXW4024;. How can I fix this? Sorry for the bad English.

Check with Grandstream

Grandstream support are pretty good so you may want to ask them for help with this one.

We have a few of the GXW-4024 ATAs deployed without any issues like this. Please post any info you get from Grandstream.
