I purchased gxw 4104 couple of years ago and cannot upgrade .... tech support were helpful one day and left me an email to downgrade and sent files. I cannot downgrade as the file required are different. Left them detailed explanation and a suggestion and no reply ....like cisco 7960 phone maybe just need to rename some files and will downgrade. I am awaiting since two days to receive a reply. Anyone have upgraded from 1.0.1.8 and have been successful ... please help
