Unfortunately I will never

Unfortunately I will never get to use this as I am never buying another piece of Grandstream hardware ever again. Everything started off well as you can read in my post here: http://trixbox.org/forums/trixbox-forums/trixbox-endpoints/straig... but then kept steadily degrading to the point of having to manually power cycle each phone at least 3 times a week among many many other issues. The GXP-2010 and GXP-2020's just about cost me my reputation/credibility. I looked like an absolute fool for picking the Grandstreams to save a few thousand bucks but fortunately I was given a chance to redeem myself and Polycoms have taken their place. I am happy to report I no longer have those strange issues that the Grandstreams had.

resolve method

Dear Joshpatten, I know Grandstream has its own forum at present, you can post your problem to that place.

Another words, there are two way for resolving your problem, you can take a try:
1> lower the Register Expiration, such as 10 min
2> change the NAT Traversal (STUN) from No to No, but send keep-alive .

The above two parameters are under the Account page, for example:

I'm not Grandstream member, but I enjoy their products, I hope can share some experience to you.

Ok This ippbxes user has

Ok This ippbxes user has another angle in my opinion.

His site is Grandstream Network (singular) Grandstream Networks is the entity that manufactures Grandstream products we know.

Community opinion?

Has anyone looked at his web page? Could this be keyword spam?

Also response to Josh is off base. Many hours where spent assisting Grandstream tech support. These phones are on a private network, STUN does not come to play. How can a registration timer fix a malformed SIP message issue?
