I have trixbox setup. The softphone can dial out without a problem. However the grandstream gpx-2000 phones I have cannot. Yet they can dial internally and receive calls, Any ideas?

Ok I have trixbox 2.6 with freepbx setup. Our voip provider is cordia .
I have 3 grandstream gpx-2000 phones that work for calling internally and receiving calls from anywhere. The grandstream phones are grabbing their provisioning from trixbox.
I have an x-lite softphone internally that can dial out and receive calls without issue.
