Cisco 7912 phone using SCCP

I've been struggling with this problem for a while now. I have bought some Cisco 7912G phones with firmware SCCP 8.0.3. I have Trixbox CE installed and upgraded using Asterisk 1.6.0.26-FONCORE-r78. I have downloaded the SCCP driver and compiled 3.0.3 STABLE. It seems to communicate with Asterisk because running the sccp show version will show this version. Here's the problem.

The phone will connect to the TFTP server located on the Trixbox (Same network), it appears to try to connect to Trixbox and will get to the message "Configuring IP" however then it just reboots the phone. My theory is that its not getting the configuration from Trixbox's sccp.conf. If I run the 'sccp show globals' command, it shows like the sccp.conf file has never been touched. I'm guessing by the bind address showing 0.0.0.0 and server name Asterisk. But I have edited the sccp.conf under '/etc/asterisk' and it has my configuration set on this file.

Am I right in thinking this is the issue and if so where is the Trixbox trying to reference the sccp.conf. Please let me know, I would certainly appreciate any and all assistance in this.

The sccp driver has nothing

The sccp driver has nothing to do with trixbox.

the Chan sccp2 project keeps a news list. Suggest you subscribe to it.

Well thanks. I was hoping

Well thanks. I was hoping maybe someone here experienced this as well. I look at their news list but couldn't find a place to ask for this help. :( One of them things I guess.
